It is never too late to retrain your thoughts. Once you have made the decision to try you are halfway there.
The easiest way to describe how to develop a growth mindset is to add the word ‘yet’ onto the statement you have made.
eg. “I can’t run very far.” Change that to to “I can’t run very far yet.” And with work and determination you can do it.
Not at all. Even for people that have worked hard on changing their thinking there are going to be moments or days when they just don't feel that. It’s ok, it’s normal, allow yourself time to just indulge in a bit of self care and you will soon be back on track.
